R800 bail granted for siblings in funeral policy fraud case
Two siblings, Wand and Sindiswa Mbele, accused of fraudulently taking out funeral policies for Cape Town actor David Manuel, have been granted bail of R800 each.
The duo appeared in the Athlone Magistrate's Court.
