The MK Party is currently in the Gauteng High Court challenging the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) over its use of the term "Government of National Unity" (GNU). The party argues that the term is misleading, as it excludes key opposition parties such as the MK Party and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) from the coalition government.
Advocate Dali Mpofu, representing former President Jacob Zuma, contends that the SABC’s portrayal of the administration as a GNU is politically biased and inaccurate.
