In the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial, the Pretoria High Court has ruled that accused 3, Mthobisi Mncube, will be transferred from C Max to his center of origin.
Meanwhile, accused 5, Fisokuhle Ntuli's application to be removed from solitary confinement was dismissed for lack of urgency.
The pair had requested to be taken out of solitary confinement.
