Ramona Millard is a force to be reckoned with in the world of women's empowerment coaching. With over 30 years of experience as a graphic artist and 20 years in the nonprofit sector, Ramona has honed her skills in development, fundraising, foundations, and administration. Today, as Coach RoRo, she has found her God-ordained passion as a Certified Women's Empowerment Coach and Motivational Speaker.

Ramona is the founder of Inspired To Be Snatched, It's A Snatchuation Signature Coaching, 'It's A Snatchuation" Podcast, Inspired Dezigns, and Inspire U2 Travel. Her mission is to empower women in all areas of their lives, and she's doing just that by offering one-on-one coaching to women who want to transform their entire lives.

Ramona knows firsthand the struggles of wanting to lose weight, be fit and healthier, and overcome emotional eating. But at the age of 57, she found what would be pivotal in restoring her hope: Bye Bye Belly. The Bye Bye Belly formula changed everything for her, and she's now on a quest to conquer this beast of weight loss while improving every area of her life.

Ramona's personal testimony of tenacity, transformation, and triumph has given her a superpower to sell hope one gallon at a time. She tells everyone who feels hopeless in transforming their Mind, Body, Soul, and Finances to trust her and allow her to inspire, motivate, and guide them to finding their authentic selves. She can change their lives if they let her, and their future selves will thank them for it.

Ramona is also the author of 'Inspired To Love Me!'. Her book showcases how she was able to get more acquainted with her AUTHENTIC self and give practical tips to realize and affirm one's true inner self. She knows that successful weight loss will only happen once there is a mindset shift and lifestyle change, and her book targets self-love to achieve that mindset shift.

Ramona is using her grief from her daughter Dominique (Domo) who gained her wings Thanksgiving Night 2019 because of a drunk driver to fuel her to succeed in her life, business, and ministry. She is on a mission to transform women all over the world, and with the vision and strategies that God has given her, she will succeed!
